System Maintenance and Service Plans

Silver Plan

Our first-tier plan, or Silver plan, offers homeowners a text and email support line, one firmware update, priority onsite service at $125 per hour, and various equipment discounts.

Gold Plan

Our second-tier plan, or Gold plan, includes our cloud-based remote management and monitoring service. This monitoring system enables our technicians to remotely troubleshoot devices on the home network, from whole-home audio system glitches to vital home security disruption.

This system also enables us to spot malfunctioning devices and solve issues, sometimes before the homeowner even knows there's a problem. We can view a network’s connectivity and upload and download speeds, as well as status updates.

At the same time, homeowners’ data stays private and protected. We can’t view how devices are used, including computers and televisions.

A VIP support line and service calls are also included, with an onsite support cost of $100 per hour. Homeowners also receive two firmware updates and various equipment discounts.

Platinum Plan

A step up from the Gold plan, the Premium plan also offers our remote management and monitoring service, a VIP support line and service calls, an onsite support cost of $100 per hour, and various equipment discounts. Additionally, homeowners receive additional hours of service call time and three firmware updates.

Diamond Plan

Our Diamond plan is our highest-tier plan. This plan offers everything the Gold plan does, but it also increases the hours of service call time available, decreases onsite support to $90 an hour, and provides four firmware updates. Homeowners also receive various equipment discounts at higher rates than the lower-tier plans.
